King Cobalt is a fictional character from the Wild Cards series of books.

History

Cecil's card turned when he was 15 and sometime after that auditioned to be on the first season of American Hero. He later joined Rustbelt and the other American Hero aces to help fight against the genocide of the Living Gods. He died after a bullet ricochet off of Rustbelt's chest and into his neck.

Cecil is able gain increased muscle mass at will. He transforms from a small, thin boy into a large, muscular man. King Cobalt is at least 16 times stronger than the average man.
