History Edit

Vincent Marinelli was born a joker. All throughout his childhood he was referred to by his joker name "Ratboy", especially by his siblings, so the name no longer bothers him, but he hates it when people call him "Vinnie". Ratboy's father is, ironically, an exterminator. When he grew up, Ratboy joined, ironically, The Department of Internal Affairs. The irony is not lost on him.
